How a new university used Facebook to attract students
OZU University, which has justÂ openedÂ inÂ Istanbul,Â has come up with a genius FacebookÂ marketingÂ campaign.Â As a new university it needs to quickly develop a strong reputation and attract student registrations.
To acheive this objectiveÂ OZU University came up with an excellent Facebook acquisitionÂ strategy. They built an app called “The Game of Your Life” which allows students to test drive their future by predicting the impactÂ OZU University could have on their future. The app presents delivers a future Â Facebook timeline version of their life 5 years post graduating at the university.
It’s no surprise that this excellent campaign won Gold at the CLIO Awards.
